How can I request a return?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

To begin this process, log in to your account on and select the item(s) you wish to return from the order details in the “Orders” section.

On the order details page, you can choose whether to complete a return and so select the item(s) for return, indicating the reason from the drop-down menu and then confirming.

If you made your purchase as a guest, you can begin the return process in the “Check Order” section, which can be accessed from the Account menu. The process will be the same as for registered users.

You will receive an email confirming the start of the process with instructions on how to complete the return.

You must place the products to be returned, complete with tags, packaging and accessories, in the original box you received your order in.

Please remember to remove the existing label and affix the new label in its place, which must be printed, following the return process.

Damaged products will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer, who will be charged for the shipping costs.

In order to receive the return label, write an email to indicating your address and telephone number.

You can bring your return to the nearest UPS point or arrange, with the help of Customer Service, a pick-up from your home.

Once the warehouse has received the package and has checked the condition of the goods, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the return has been accepted, and the sum paid will be credited back to the means of payment used to complete the purchase. How do you refund returns?

A return will be refunded only once all the checks on the order returned have been successfully completed. These checks regard the condition of the order and the time of the return request, which must be made within 30 days of receipt of the package.

Once this process has been completed, an e-mail will be sent confirming that the return request has been accepted.

The amount will be refunded to your account if the purchase was made with PayPal, or directly to your credit card if used. Your refund will be visible after approx. 4-5 working days (Monday - Friday) from the date of receipt of the return confirmation e-mail. In any case, you will receive an e-mail confirming the refund. If you used a discount code for your purchase, the refund will be for the difference between the value of the purchase and the value of the discount only.
