What payment methods do you accept?

Orders placed online can be paid using the main credit or debit cards, or with PayPal. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready for shipping. The amount will be charged in the same currency as the prices shown on the website.

 

Why has my credit been rejected?

Your credit card may rejected for one of the following reasons:

  • Your card may have expired. Check that the expiry date on your credit card is valid.
  • You may have reached the spending limit on your card. Check with your bank to find out if you have overrun the spending limit set.
  • The data entered may be incorrect. Check that all the data entered in the necessary fields are correct.

 

What are the shipping times and costs?

Italy

You can choose from the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping – cost € 8.00. Shipping is free for orders of over € 100.00. Orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
  • Express Shipping - cost € 15.00. Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days.
  • Click&Collect – free. Purchases will be available from the retailer indicated within 2-3 days of the order.

 

EU Countries

You can choose from the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping – cost € 15.00. Shipping is free for orders of over € 100.00. Orders are expected to be delivered within 4-5 working days.
  • Express Shipping - cost € 20.00. Orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
  • Click&Collect – free. Purchases will be available from the retailer indicated within 2-3 days of the order.

 

The tracking system allows you to see the status of your order at all times.

Access your private area, click on "Orders” and select the order you wish to track.

  • If the order is “Processing”, this means we are preparing shipment. 
  • If the order is “In transit”, click on the “Tracking ID” to search. You will be taken to the page of the courier, where you can check on shipping status.

 

What can I do if I am not satisfied with my purchase? Can I return the product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods to return the items and request a refund. Returns must comply with the guidelines specified in the Returns and refunds section, where you will find all the necessary indications on the procedure to follow.

 

Where can I find the record of my orders?

Go to “My Account” and click on “Orders” for a list of the orders placed on Trussardi.com. Click on the pertinent order line to see the details of the products purchased.

 

Can I request an invoice?

Yes. When you reach the checkout, check the Invoice box in the “Payment” section and enter the invoicing data.

 

Can I cancel an order?

No, but you can return your purchase by activating the return procedure to obtain a refund of the amount paid for the purchase, at no additional cost.

 

How do I choose the right size?

The details for each product include a size guide, with a table showing how to convert them to the sizes in the various countries. We also help you to choose the right size by indicating the measurements in centimetres.

 

What do I do if the item received is damaged?

If the item is damaged, please contact our customer service, who will be pleased to help you. You will find all the details on how to request help here.

Returns and refunds

How can I request a return?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

To request a return, go to Trussardi.com, access your personal area and click on "Orders", selecting the order number for the products to be replaced.

On the “order details” page you can decide to return an item. Then, you select the specific item/s for return, indicate the reason from the drop-down menu and “Save”.

Users who have made a purchase as a guest can request a return by contacting the customer service. The procedure to follow will then be the same as for registered customers.

Once your return request has been received, we will send you an e-mail confirming the procedure is under way. This e-mail contains the courier phone number that you will have to call for the pick up and a code that you will have to communicate to the courier.

The products for return must be accompanied by the tag, packaging and accessories, and must be placed in the original order box.

Remember to cover the label with the new label you will find in the package.

Damaged products will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer, who will be charged for the shipping costs.

The courier will collect the package at the address that you indicated at a specific time on a specific date, and will deliver it back to the e-commerce warehouse. Once the warehouse has received the package and has checked the condition of the goods, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the return has been accepted, and the sum paid will be credited back to the means of payment used to complete the purchase.

How do you refund returns?

A return will be refunded only once all the checks on the order returned have been successfully completed. These checks regard the condition of the order and the time of the return request, which must be made within 30 days of receipt of the package.

Once this process has been completed, an e-mail will be sent confirming that the return request has been accepted.

The amount will be refunded to your account if the purchase was made with PayPal, or directly to your credit card if used. Your refund will be visible after approx. 4-5 working days (Monday - Friday) from the date of receipt of the return confirmation e-mail. In any case, you will receive an e-mail confirming the refund.

If you used a discount code for your purchase, the refund will be for the difference between the value of the purchase and the value of the discount only.

Use of the website

How can I register with Trussardi.com?

To create a personal profile, click on the profile icon at the top right to go to the Login and Registration page. Then, click on “Register now”. You will be asked for some personal data to create a personal profile that will allow you to:

  • check orders outstanding and a record of those already completed
  • activate a return procedure and check the status of it
  • manage your account and the addresses where you wish to receive your purchases
  • receive newsletters with all the updates on promotions, offers, latest arrivals, activities and events (if you have given your consent)
To create an account, you have to give your consent for the processing of your personal data. Alternatively, you can register using your Facebook or Google Mail profile. See the Terms&Conditions and the Privacy Policy for more details.

 

How can I edit the data of my account?

To edit the data of your account, click on the profile icon at the top right and access your personal profile by entering your e-mail address and password. Select “Profile”, click on “Edit” and update the data. Remember to click on “Save” when you have finished.

 

What if I forget my password?

If you don’t remember your password, click on the profile icon at the top right to access the Login and Registration Page, where you will select "Login" and then click on the link below the password. In a few minutes, you will receive an e-mail to reset your password.

 

How can I unsubscribe from the Trussardi newsletter?

At the bottom of all the Trussardi newsletters, you’ll find a link to unsubscribe directly.
