Information pursuant to art. 13 Italian Legislative Decree 196/03
We inform you that TRUSSARDI S.p.A (hereinafter “Trussardi”) collects and uses your personal data in compliance with the Italian Legislative Decree 196/03.
Trussardi shall use such data only upon your express consent, except for cases provided by art. 24 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03. Your data shall be used in accordance with the following principles: correctness, fairness, transparency and protection of your privacy and any other right.
Pursuant to provisions of art. 13 we hereby provide you with the following information:

3- In case of refusal to give express consent for use of your data, Trussardi will not be able to provide the TrussardiLife services.
4- Your personal data have been collected upon request of Trussardi and may be communicated either to TRS EVOLUTION SPA (hereinafter “Trussardi1911”) or to any other company under the same control of, or connected to Trussardi, or to Zerogrey, the company in charge of managing Trussardi1911’s e-commerce, or to any other company that carries out market research on behalf of the former entities. Your data shall be used by the above mentioned companies with the purposes indicated hereinabove, and also for additional purposes such as marketing advertising, promoting, surveys and market research. Moreover Trussardi, Trussardi1911 and Zerogrey may use your data through the following offices: Accounting, Marketing, Communication, Internet, New Media, Sales, General Management, Administration. Giving that Trussardi carries out its business on an international playground, your data may be used abroad, as well as in the territory outside the European Union.
5- Your personal data are used by Trussardi S.p.A., a company incorporated under the laws of Italy, having its headquarters in Milan (Italy), Piazza Eleonora Duse n° 4.
6-You may contact Trussardi SpA at any time in order to exercise your rights pursuant to article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 such as confirmation of the collected data, request of cancellation or turning into anonymous source or block of any unlawful use of data; request of update, amendment or integration of such data; assurance that the people to which such data refer have been acknowledged of the above mentioned activities.
