Christmas Delivery

STANDARD DELIVERY: We suggest you complete your Christmas orders by the 17 December at 11 am GMT.
Verify at checkout if the delivery option is available for your country. Standard Delivery is not available for orders to Malta and Cyprus.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: Delivery is guaranteed by Christmas Eve for orders placed before the 22 December at 9 am GMT.

For Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg place your order before the 23 December at 9 am GMT.

* Exceptions: remote areas with limited UPS service coverage may have an earlier Guaranteed Delivery cut-off.
You will be clearly informed before concluding your order if guaranteed delivery is not applicable for this Postcode.

Tracking the delivery

You may track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by the courier.

You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account.

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for two consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time.

Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.
